Mariusz is a Cracow-based transformational technology leader and B2B SaaS innovator, recognized for establishing engineering hubs in the city for companies including StrikeAd, Sizmek, and Amazon. He is the co-founder of TruffleTV, serves as a Board Advisor for Cavai, and holds the position of VP of Software Engineering at MindMics. Additionally, Mariusz applies his extensive experience as the owner of Beowave, specializing in de-risking investments through data-driven Technology Due Diligence.

Alex is a London-based entrepreneur, investor, and board advisor with multiple successful exits in adtech and martech. He is a Partner at Idékapital, a leading Nordic VC. Alex founded StrikeAd, the first programmatic mobile advertising platform (acquired by Sizmek) and helped spin out OpenX. Currently, he is co-founder of TruffleTV, Chairman of Cavai and Kogenta, and a Director at Limelight. Alex advises tech startups globally on strategy, growth, and fundraising.

Frederik is an entrepreneur and creative strategist with a background in digital marketing and brand building. He is the founder of Scopeman and has worked for Brand Operators in Miami, focusing on social media strategy and content creation. He has also launched e-commerce ventures blending design, marketing, and data-driven growth. Currently studying International Business at the University of Bristol, Frederik combines commercial creativity with disciplined execution drawn from entrepreneurship and competitive sport.
